“Grounds and Gardens Creation and Care”
These opportunities will be on-going throughout the spring, summer and fall here on our grounds and in our gardens. We will begin our day at 9am with a brief meditation and light stretching time, break for an hour lunch at noon and conclude with a harmonic singing bowl grounding circle and light stretching at 3pm. Healthy snacks will be available during short break times at 10:30 and 2pm. Lemon water will be available throughout each day. Volunteers may sign up for whole days or half days, either morning or afternoon; Sunday, Saturday or both. Please pack yourself a nourishing lunch. Arriving late or not showing up is very disruptive to our flow. Please plan to be present, on time and stay for the duration of your agreed commitment. Please wear durable and comfortable clothing in layers, closed toe shoes, work gloves, hats and bug nets. We do not allow the use of chemical bug or sunscreen sprays in our space and advise against them in general. Be prepared to get sweaty and dirty. We kindly request no perfumes, or strong essential body oils . The smell of natural human is welcome here. WEATHER PERMITTED!!
